Alright.....Sooo everybody knows, George likes his chicken spicy. So when I order Chinese food, and order it spicy, I want it to be fuckin' spicy. If the chicken isn't spicy, it's useless to me. It just taste so, so, bland, and so, so boring. The spiciness of the dish is purely, and solely what makes a dish. Especially in Chinese food! This is the last time I'm ordering from Chen's place. They used to be such a good place to order from, now they've gone completely down the drain..... Ehh, just like this neighborhood. Ohh, ohh and anyway, it's not even like you can add hot sauce to Chinese food, because it will just ruin it. The Chinese have designed their food to only taste good when they make it. If you try to adjust it, or doctor it up, you end up wasting it. Ahhh!
This chicken stinks.....

I ended forgetting, and ordering from Chen's place again last night, and they actually made my Kung-Pao extra spicy. Soo, they have redeemed themselves to me. Chen's Place is now okay in my book.
ReplyDeleteWhile on the topic of different foods of ethnicity, Chinese food has to be the most problematic of them all. Let's be honest, everyone craves it once in a while, but have you ever asked a random person who happened to be Chinese directions to the nearest Chinese restaurant, only to get results of anger thrown back at you. You don't see them I-talians getting all bent out of shape about asking them where I can buy a tasty slice of pizza. And another thing, can we just get rid of the whole chop-stick thing? I spend more time trying to figure out how to use the fucking contraption rather than eating my food. I could never be in a rush to my locations and think to myself, "Maybe I can get a quick bite to eat at this Chinese restaurant up the road." It can't happen, because Chinese food can never be eaten quickly. Then again, I can sure go for some Chinese food right about meow.
